Striped Scallop Shell

This item could work as a spoon rest, ring dish, or a soap dish.

It could also be used to make stuffed clams, or scallops. The stoneware can be used in the oven, as long as you do not shock it. I would recommend preparing the shell and its' contents, place them in a cold oven, and then start cooking. The shell will stay hot longer than a normal shell, and it will not deteriorate.
