Greek God Series - Zeus

This is part of a series that i have been thinking about doing for a long time. I have always been interested in Greek mythology, and the stories of male/male relationships.

This piece depicts the story of Zeus and Ganymede. Zeus so loved the young man, that he took him to Olympus to become the cup bearer of the gods. This is probably one of the few love stories between a god and a mortal that ends in a happy manner!

This piece is 6.5 inches tall and 6 inches wide. The bowl is 5.75 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches deep.

This piece is food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
